We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact Floryday support at service@floryday.com.

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding shipping fees). Products with quality-related issues, such as damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items will receive a full refund including shipping fee.

Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. Floryday cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to Floryday.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order.
